The tech repeatedly asked if there were any other questions or concerns. This made me feel comfortable with asking questions. We ended up clipping Buddy’s nails which only took a few minutes. At home it is a major ordeal. She made it look easy and recommended the type of clipper that’s easiest to use. The tech was very thorough and the other tech that helped hold Buddy was very polite and friendly.
I love the follow up calls after a check up or procedure.

Appreciated how quickly I was able to get an appointment. Also I asked if my dog’s nails could be trimmed which I had not asked for when the appointment was made. They trimmed them.
We also received a note in the mail thanking us for becoming new clients. They called the next day to see if the meds had helped my dog’s problem. I really felt they were concerned for her. Will definitely be back!
Your staff was very nice and very considerate for my cat and myself and they tried me to make the choices that I needed to make and I think we made the correct decision as my cat is now eating again and seems to be just about to be back to herself again. Thank you very much!!!
