Remote Access to Veterinary Care
In order to continue to serve you and your pets, we are now offering digital consultations for established patients! While telemedicine without an in-clinic exam for your pet is not ideal for every type of concern, some medical appointments, progress exams, triage services, and various consultations in real-time can be performed directly from the comfort of your own home. Please call or text us learn if your pet’s medical concern is suitable for a telemedicine appointment through TeleTails with one of our veterinarians. The instructions for downloading the app and registering your pet are linked below.
Virtual Exam Room:
We also offer every pet owner the option to be virtually present at their pet’s exam from their vehicle. If you would like to video call with your veterinarian as they are with your pet for a curbside appointment, follow the instructions on how to download the TeleTails app on a smartphone and prepare for the veterinarian’s call.
Please download the app and register your pet before your scheduled appointment. If you have selected telemedicine as your preferred method of communication on the curbside drop off form but are unable to download the app and register ahead of time, the veterinarian will call your cell phone instead. If you have any questions, please contact our team members prior to your arrival for assistance.
We thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate the challenges faced during this COVID-19 pandemic, and we look forward to seeing you (remotely) soon!
